PVMC's HEALTHY BUDGET PLAN^© is an easy affordable plan offering medical visits without deductibles or co-pays. A retainer agreement allows PVMC to provide you care in exchange for a predetermined monthly payment. You may use pre-tax health care dollars from your Health Savings Account (HSA), or from your employer's Medical Spending Account, or you may use after-tax dollars and deduct your health care on your income tax form.
